Good luck. I know you can do it. If you are going out to eat at some place that has lettuce wraps - they are fantastic, and good for you.

That's a great week's loss! And good for you for making important changes to your daily diet.

I remember the first time I was faced with lots of food, really good food, after I began my weight loss journey. I didn't make it all off-limits, but I was sensible about portions and didn't get *everything* I wanted. In the end, it was a huge boost for me to get through that time without going overboard -- it proved I could do it. And you can, too! :)

You can do it, but don't be too hard on yourself if you do snack over the weekend. We all know the word NEVER ups the desirability of everything, like, a gabillion times.

When eating - just cut your portions in half. Listen to your stomach tell you it's full and don't let it get stuffed.
