Reporting to you for the first weigh in of the Look Great in 2008 Challenge.
I did not lose an ounce.
Nor did I gain an ounce.
I exercised one time - which sounds bad, but I was sick, so it turns out to be okay.
My goal for this next week - actually lose an ounce (or 16) and exercise FOUR TIMES.

wow. I would say that is pretty stable there, even more for being sick!

Considering you were sick, I'd say not gaining anything is definitely a victory! Hope you're feeling better soon and next week get to see the scale move in the right direction.

Something that I'm going to try and implement myself is the first point about boosting the metabolism. I don't know if you've done it yet, but it's worth a shot!
