I have not gained or lost, I am the exact same weight as last week. 162.4, which is pretty good considering the thyroid roller coaster I have been on.
That and the pizza.
and the Taco Bell.
and the homemade toffee cookies.
Pretty good, I say. Maybe next week I'll eliminate the CRAP and see a loss.

Sigh, you and I are in the same boat. Bummer. But next week is a new chance to get back to losing again.

How many times do I have to say this? Guac is the answer. Plateau be damned.

I agree with jenny from chicago, guac is the answer!!!

I'm really beginning to think that guac IS the answer.
Considering the stress you've been under, I think maintaining is AWESOME! Good for you!!

I'm with you...nothing! But nothing is better than something going up. I hope you feel better soon and the doctors get something going!
I was also wondering if you would put in a plug for my "Five Point Fridays" in which I am posting a recipe every Friday that contains 5 points (weight watchers) or less. I have been doing it for the past few weeks because I love to try and share new recipes. I'm not having much luck with participation though and thought our Tales group may be a good place to start. Anything you could do would be appreciate. Thanks, Beth!!!
