A break

No, I'm not taking a blogging break!  I just got a break from my blogger's block and I wrote over here.  I look forward to seeing you over there and I look forward to reading your feedback.  You will leave me feedback, right?

And to those who requested that I write about my trees, I will, tonight or tomorrow.  Promise.

Oh and I'm fat, so guess what?  I'm joining Weight Watchers tomorrow.  I'm so sick of being fat and hating being fat and I'm sick of not doing anything about it and I'm ready to be proud of myself of again and feel good wherever I go.  So, I must join Weight Watchers, tonight I'll have my Farewell to Fat dinner...Papa John's.

Christy's doing it with me.  Last time we did Weight Watchers together we lost like 70,000 pounds.  We both kept it off, even during pregnancy.  For me, after losing James and Jake I l lost the weight I gained from my pregnancy so quickly because I just never ate.  And then eating started to feel good and well, I just never stopped eating.  And here I am, wanting to lose about 20 pounds.  And it makes it so much easier doing it with someone else.

So, who's going to do it with us?

Opening Up

I know most of your think I am an open book, but honestly, I am not.  I suppress many things which is not only annoying, but also unhealthy.  I'm sure I'm not alone.

Over there, again

I know it's been awhile since I've posted, but I did post over here.  In case you're interested.  I'll be back soon!  I'm busy removing dried up pancake batter off of the kitchen floors and unpacking boxes.

Seriously, I've been busy.  This is what my kitchen looked like last week, the day before school started.  And then I cleaned it and then it looks like this again.  In the upstairs bathroom there was toothpaste all over the front of the cabinets and pee stuck on the floor.  It's like living in a FRAT house, without the bleach and beer smell.  As soon as I clean up, I'll be back....which, yes, could be some time in September.

(could you all be dolls and tell me my kitchen looks just like yours, that way I can feel better about posting a picture of my horrific kitchen for all of the internet to see...please?  And if you're kitchen does not look like this...then neither does mine.  Promise.)

"Go that way" is what Racecar used to say to me when I'd try to wake him up in the middle of the night to talk to him and cuddle with him.  He'd point at the door and say "go that way..."

And then I'd cry and walk out of the room.  Okay, mostly I just laughed.

Remember when my sister-in-law guest posted here last week?  And it was a heart wrenching, beautiful post about her husband's (my brother) departure to Iraq.  His third time going to Iraq.  Remember that post?  I wonder if you cried as hard as I did when you read it.  I was a hot mess.  A HOT MESS, I tell you!

Well, GUESS WHAT????  She started a blog!  I know!  And I would love it if you visited her and left her comments and showed her your looooove because she would love it and I would love it and her husband would love it and it would be a big, huge love fest.  So, go there, read, look at her fab new design (if I do say so myself) and leave her some love in the comments.  This blog is going to be an amazing distraction and a wonderful outlet for her, blogging is so fabulous and you are all fabulous, it's one big fabulous party.

By the way, I ordered Wii Fit and today it gave me my Wii Fit Age, if anyone can correctly guess my age, I will send you two boxes of Bug Bites.  I'm serious.  One guess per person. and I'll tell you my age tomorrow.  Things to keep in mind, my real age is 31 and if anyone guesses 104, I'll be mad, but you won't be too far off. or will you be?

Variety

Random & Miscellaneous

-First, I blogged over here today. 

-Second, I have been watching a lot of old episodes of Friends, does anyone else find it creepy that Ross had a monkey?

-Thirdly, I've been watching some Jon & Kate Plus Eight, and don't get me wrong but there is something about that show that is bothering me to the point where I can hardly watch it anymore.  Why won't she let her kids use the bathroom like on a toilet rather than in a potty bucket in the mud room?  It's like her children are cats and that's where she keeps the litter boxes.  Did you see the episode where Jon had the hair transplant in LA and Jody and I think Kate's brother (??) stayed at their house to watch the kids and he has to empty their pee buckets out every night and he talks about how disgusting it is?  Between the hair transplant and the pee and whatnot, my stomach was turning.

Whenever I watched Jon & Kate Plus Eight, I always felt like a wimpy loser because here she is with eighty-sixty gajillion kids and her house was still clean.  And here I have two kids and I haven't cleaned my bathrooms in two weeks, but I came to the realization that she knows when tTLC is coming to film episodes and she cleans like a mad woman (probably with help) to put her house in tip top shape before the crew arrives.  Am I right or am I right?  Well, at least that makes me feel better, anyway.

-Fourthy, regarding my dress for the wedding this Saturday...I am dressless. 

-Fifthly, do the words random & miscellaneous mean the same thing?

-Sixthly, did you know fifthly and sixthly are actual words?  I didn't either.

-Seventhly, (seventhly is not a word, apparently) I had a dream last night that I was pregnant.  In my dream my doctor was doing an ultrasound and she said "you sure have a lot of boys in your life."  Because I was having a boy and I was also having twins except on them vanished and he was a boy, too.  In my dream, I laid in bed after that and felt that beautiful movement of a moving baby, I pictured James and Jake in my belly moving and kicking me with their perfect arms and legs.  In my dreams I love that baby so much.  I have felt pregnant all day.

-Eighthly, did you know I still have not answered all of the questions you all asked me back in March?  What's up with that?

-And finally, we are scheduled to close on both houses on June 30th.  Have I mentioned that Brian is going out of town for work this Sunday and won't be back until June 27th??????

Spinning

There is so much going on in my life right now.

First, I blogged over here about Ariel and her important day today.

Second, my new laptop is arriving today, which is so very, very exciting, except I have to create new bookmarks and remember usernames and passwords and I have to switch to Vista  (the horror) but at least there will be constant power flowing into the new laptop, unlike this one sitting on my lap with the cord ghetto-rigged so it doesn't die in the middle of a post.  And did I mention my new laptop is red?

BUT, the BIG BIG BIG BIG BIG news is that we sold our house.  We did.  WE SOLD OUR HOUSE.  Which is so exciting, except we close on June 30th and well, we have no place to live so we have been spending every spare second looking at houses and the problem is that we LOVE two and we don't know what to do.  I would go into further detail, but I can't because it gives me a panic attack and I have to shower and get moving, it's an important day filled with a preschool graduation, a new computer, two jobs, buying a new house and well, a root canal.

I know how to squeeze every last second out of everyday, which is good, because I so desperately need the distraction and well, I have it.  TONS OF IT.

Did I mention we sold our house?  And we have no place to live after June 30th?

Just checking.  But we'll be fine, I know it, because my new laptop is red.
